1. Ownership and Copyright
All content available on this website, including but not limited to audio files (MP3), sheet music (PDF), and cover art, is the exclusive intellectual property of Mina Kim (minakimstudio.com). Your purchase grants you a license to use the material; it does not transfer ownership of the copyright to you.
2. Grant of License
Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
Sheet Music: You may print one (1) copy for personal use. You may not photocopy or distribute digital copies to others.
Audio Files: You may play the audio for personal enjoyment.
3. Prohibited Uses
To protect these assets, the following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written consent:
Resale or Distribution: You may not resell, lease, or give away the files to third parties.
Commercial Performance: Public performance, broadcasting, or use in commercial media (YouTube, Film, Advertising) requires a separate Synchronization or Performance License.
Derivative Works: You may not sample, remix, or rearrange the music for the purpose of releasing it as a "new" work.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Once the download link has been generated or accessed, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Please ensure you have reviewed any available audio previews or sample pages before completing your purchase.
5. Delivery of Goods
Digital goods are delivered via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. These links may have an expiration date or a limit on the number of download attempts. It is your responsibility to save the files to a secure location immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mina Kim (minakimstudio.com) is not responsible for any technical issues on the user’s end (e.g., lack of storage, incompatible software, or internet failure) that prevent the successful download or playback of the files.
